National Organization With No Proven Expansion System
A national organization had an opportunity to bring back a historic chapter of theirs with great local support and the resources to be highly successful. The national organization, and its staff, did not have a proven expansion model to ensure the success of the expansion. With two young staff members and no standardized process, they were looking for assistance to protect their investment.
LaunchPoint helped the national staff develop an expansion system and coached them as they executed it. They were given the tools, resources, training and coaching they needed to have a high level of confidence doing a type of project they had never seen before. The young staff members were able to leverage the years of experience the LaunchPoint team has and gain valuable professional development.
The expansion was a huge success and will quickly be among the organizations strongest chapters across the country. The national staff members now have the ability to work on similar projects knowing they have a proven method for success.
