Weekend Long Intensive Program for a National Organization

The Problem

A large national organization with over 150 chapters had a similar problem as many of their counterparts face – a number of their chapters were struggling with recruitment and should have had a substantially larger number of members based on other chapters on their campus.

The Solution

LaunchPoint and the organization determined the 50 top “ROI” chapters that had the largest opportunity for growth and invited them to apply for a three-day recruitment program.  The chapters that were selected were excited for the chance to develop a plan to significantly improve their recruitment efforts.  Each chapter walked out of the program with a customized Action Plan that gave them the step-by-step blueprint for how to be successful moving forward.  This blueprint not only helped them over the next year, but more importantly, gave them a replicable system that they could incorporate into chapter operations for years to come.

The Results

This organization reach record recruitment numbers each of the past two years and they attribute much of that success to the growth they saw in the chapters who attended the LaunchPoint program.  These chapters not only reported drastic growth, but just as important, said the quality of members they were recruiting had gone up as well.  The chapters not only got a big bump in numbers, but were also able to transition their blueprint to the next recruitment chair who continued following this system and made it a permanent part of chapter operations.  The chapters who have attended this program will experience a positive ROI for years to come as they continue utilizing the system they learned.
