A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Roseanne has held management positions in Hewlett-Packard and GENCO before joining LaunchPoint in April 2017 as the Director of Operations. Roseanne keeps LaunchPoint extremely well organized so that our partners receive exceptional service at all times, including contracting a project, having questions quickly answered, seamlessly on-boarding online learning users onto our platform, providing detailed metrics on user learning to our partners and much more.

Our members must also be willing to roll up their sleeves and serve other members as they seek input and feedback on their issues.
